Frame:
Chassis frame made of high-quality steel, but without an outer frame.
Coupling plate with a 2-inch drawbar eye according to DIN 74080 / ISO 337.
With crossmember and container locking mechanisms for accommodating:
a) 1 x 45' High-Cube container
b) 1 x 40' High-Cube container
c) 1 x 30' ISO container, flush at the rear
d) 2 x 20' ISO containers
e) 1 x 20' ISO container, flush at the rear
g) 1 x 45' ISO container
h) 1 x 40' ISO container
With 1 pair of height-adjustable container locking mechanisms and 3 pairs of foldable center supports, plus crossmember and container locking mechanisms for accommodating:
f) 1 x 20' ISO container in the center
Frame extension at the rear, mechanically extendable, load capacity approx. 5,800 kg, with spiral cable. Low-maintenance guidance on special plastic sliders and 2 extension rollers.
KÖGEL frame extension at the front, manually extendable and mechanically lockable, incl. container guide on the left and right. Designed according to Directive 719/2015.
Frame extension in the center, manually extendable and mechanically lockable with the tractor unit.
Chassis:
Axle lift mechanism on axle 1.
Control of the axle lift is fully automatic and load-dependent.
Starting aid: Activation via 3x brake, 30% overload up to a speed of 25 km/h.
Operation on the chassis via switch. Additionally possible from the cab (switch in the cab necessary - PIN 12).
When transporting 30' and 45' containers, the 1st axle CANNOT be lifted!
BPW three-axle unit, with disc brakes Ø approx. 430 mm, mounting depth approx. 120 mm.

EBS system 2S/2M with stability program (includes ABS/ALB function), EBS plug connection ISO 7638 (without connection cables), parking brake as spring brake, external pneumatic connections as well as external EBS diagnostic connection via ISO 7638 plug connection.
Air suspension system incl. 1 raising and lowering valve, mounted on the left in the direction of travel in front of the axle unit.
2 non-interchangeable coupling heads at the front ISO 1728.
Air reservoir for brake system and air supply made of steel (EN 286-2).
Rear Impact Protection:
Continuous steel rear impact protection, solid, on the end member at the rear.
Information Systems:
Tire pressure monitoring system according to UN ECE R141.
