The floor of the sandwich box consists of multi-layer, water-resistant special wood with a non-slip phenolic resin coating.
In this box, the body is made of 30 mm thick sandwich panels with a core of foamed polyurethane and a double-sided cladding of galvanized and polyester-coated steel sheet.
The surrounds of the sandwich box are made of anodized aluminum, as are the torsion-resistant rear door and the rain gutter at the rear.
The door hinges, the lockable swivel rod latch, and the door lock are made of stainless steel.
