## Fliegl Mega Curtainsider Semi-Trailer

Chassis: Lightweight fine-grain steel chassis, replaceable 2" kingpin, Load-Lock outer frame, 24 t JOST two-speed landing gear, rear access ladder, door retainers, aluminium side underrun protection, galvanised rear underrun protection, quarter mudguards, anti-spray mud flaps, Heavy Blocker rear impact protection with side roller buffers, heavy-duty pallet stop, spare wheel carrier, lockable toolbox with drawer, document box.

Axles & Suspension: BPW drum brake axles (8-stud hubs), laser wheel alignment, mechanical hubodometer, air suspension, automatic lift axle with forced lowering and traction aid (activated by brake pedal or manual switch).

Brakes: Dual-line air brake system, spring parking brake, WABCO EBS, lift/lowering valve. Raising the lift axle increases loading/overall height by approx. 50 mm.

Tyres: 445/45 R19.5 (manufacturer's choice).

Electrical: 24 V LED lighting, LED side markers, LED front position lights, LED rear outline lights, 2 × 7-pin and 1 × 15-pin front sockets.

Floor: Approx. 30 mm plywood floor with Omega-reinforced joints, suitable for forklift axle loads up to 7,100 kg.

Front Wall: 2,580 mm high, steel corner posts, curtain release system, internal steel impact protection, additional 1,250 mm plywood lining.

Centre Posts: 3 pairs of full-length sliding posts with multiple locking positions.

Side Slats: Aluminium or timber V-slats.

Rear: Steel rear corner posts, double rear doors with internal locking bars, curtain tensioning system.

Curtains: Reinforced curtains with welded horizontal and vertical straps, stainless steel buckles.

Roof: Sliding roof, rear end lift, automotive L-roof rails, hydraulic lifting roof on both sides (+400 mm), rain gutter at rear.

Certification: DEKRA approval, EN 12642 XL load securing certificate, VDI 2700 Sheet 12 beverage transport certification, ECE R70 rear warning plate.
