The COILFARM by FORSTNER is a new, innovative, and adaptable solution designed to meet the changing market demands for rapid, flexible availability of a wide variety of materials in different thicknesses and color variants. This is one of the main reasons why we have developed the COILFARM, specifically for metalworking companies in trade and industry.

Fast Coil Changeover: Thanks to a sophisticated system, coil changes are performed quickly, easily, and safely. We've integrated a coil buffer station above the nuSLIT as well as a changeover buffer station behind the decoiler. This significantly reduces changeover times and greatly increases overall production efficiency.

Simple Loading Process: The well-thought-out machine design makes the loading process of the COILFARM extremely simple. The mandrels can be easily attached to the coil, and loading via the setup station increases your productivity.

Maximum Precision: The integrated zero-line alignment (fixed edge) ensures that materials are perfectly aligned every time. This minimizes errors and scrap.

3-Minute Changeover: Stop and rewind, move the coil to the transfer position behind the decoiler, pick up the next coil above the nuSLIT, feed it in first and then set it on the decoiler—and the production is back at full speed.
