The EXERON HSC 600/3 is a highly precise 3-axis CNC machining center, designed primarily for machining graphite electrodes. The machine is optimized for high-speed (HSC) machining with high dynamic performance on all axes. The robust construction with a portal and a polymer concrete bed ensures excellent vibration damping, maximum precision, and top-quality surface finish. The machine is equipped with digital drives for all axes, direct measuring systems with a resolution of 0.0001 mm, a high-frequency spindle for HSC machining, and a Heidenhain TNC 640 control system. Thanks to its compact dimensions, it offers a minimal installation footprint and excellent accessibility for operation and automation.

The machine is in excellent technical condition, has been used very little, and is ready for immediate deployment in production.
