SAHINLER FM-12

SAHINLER FM-12 hydraulic flanging machine for forming the edges of dished ends, tank heads and boiler bottoms. Made in Turkey, year 2010, used condition. Built for tank, boiler and pressure vessel manufacturers who need clean, repeatable flanged edges ready for welding to the vessel shell.

Main features:
- Electro-welded frame, thermally stress-relieved for rigidity and stability during flanging
- Motorized lower bottom-holder carriage on slides, moved by worm screw, with hydraulic height adjustment
- Induction-hardened shaping roll, driven by a radial piston motor with variable speed
- Induction-hardened flanging roll, pressed by hydraulic cylinders, with variable speed
- Manual or automatic flanging mode
- Two hydraulic, height-adjustable bottom support rolls
- Complete hydraulic unit with oil tank, filter, thermostat and heat exchanger
- Control panel with joysticks, pushbuttons, warning lights and emergency stop

Applications: tank and tanker heads, boiler bottoms, pressure vessel ends, silo and hopper bottoms. Suitable for mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
