Bending machine PROD-MASZ to the plate ZGR 2640/1.2 is a sensational machine for precision bending of all types of metal sheets
(steel 1.2mm, titanium zinc 1.2mm, aluminum of 1.5 mm, copper sheet 0.8 mm).
Equipped with a rack supporting plate, two front bumpers, bending angle measurement, a single lock of bending angle, turnbuckles, eccentric mechanisms.
Each part of the machine is adjustable, which allows for adjustment of the arc bending.
Used in the device locking system (set by the operator) allows you to achieve the desired angle of bending.
Table rear and front bumpers are made of galvanized racks. Ideal for all kinds of steel treatments - wherever the roof is exposed to moisture infiltration.
Proper execution of these connections certainly prolong the life of the roof.
By hers construction she can be used not only for bending panels with both the ferrous metal, sheets of plastic and fiberboard.
