Major Overhaul Gas Engine
The following work is carried out during the major overhaul:
Gujdpox Huxusfx Adxek
Replacement of all wear parts, bearings, filters, and seals. Renewal or reconditioning of:
- Reconditioning of crankshaft and crankcase
- Cylinder liners, piston rings (pistons as required),
- Sensors
- Water pump
- Starter motor
- Cylinder heads
- Spark plugs
- Injectors and injection lines
- Thermostat housing
- Connecting rod and cylinder head bolts
- Oil modules
- Viscous damper

The following components are also inspected and replaced if necessary:
- Rocker arms
- Connecting rods
- Lubricating oil pump
- Gears

The scope of delivery is defined as follows:
-with starter motor
-with cylinder heads
-without exhaust manifolds or elbows
-without turbocharger
-without charge air cooler
-without gas mixer
-without throttle valve
-without engine management and ignition system
-without charge air piping

The engine is equipped with the following sensors:
-Engine oil temperature sensor
-Engine oil pressure sensor
-Speed sensors (2 units)
-Ignition pulse generator

This is a factory-refurbished product.
Note: Refurbished parts are those that, in addition to a functional test, have been inspected for visible defects; any defective parts have been repaired or replaced.

All replacement engines supplied by or through agriKomp GmbH require the return of an identical old engine. In the event that the exchange unit is not returned within 8 weeks from the exchange date, a surcharge of €10,000 will be invoiced.
