Itoh Denki

Container and carton conveyor technology for e-commerce: Itoh Denki ordered and implemented by Rollo-Teufel.

The conveyor line contains 5 workstations equipped with a computer, barcode scanner, and weight scale.

The transport system comprises 3 levels of conveyor rollers. Each level has a motor for transporting goods, located in the rollers (24V), and sensors for position detection. The conveyor line is assembled from modular units. The units are connected with 4 screws (M8).

The drive motors are powered by central INTERROLL modules, 5 pieces:
