1 x Bertuetti conical rounder with automatic flour duster for pieces of dough.
Conical rounders work by using a rotating cone and fixed rounding channels (or troughs) to shape the dough pieces into a smooth, round ball. This process helps create an optimal shape and structure for the final product.
Speed - Variable.
Previously used for pieces of dough weighing between 80g-800g.
Electrical requirements - 3 phase.
