A heavy-duty twin-station machine for the high-quality production of segmented elbows and fittings. Manufactured by Spiro International SA, the Gorelocker-T is the world-renowned industry standard for durability, precision, and airtightness.
• Included Tooling: The machine comes with 3 complete sets of tooling for different sheet metal thicknesses and diameter ranges.
• Diameter Range: Processes fittings from 125 mm up to 1250 mm.
• Material Capacities:
- Galvanized Steel: 0.4 mm – 1.25 mm
- Stainless Steel: 0.4 mm – 1.0 mm
• Twin-Station Efficiency: Features two independent workstations:
1. Station A: For flanging (creating the neck/shoulder).
2. Station B: For locking (closing the standing seam). This allows for a continuous workflow and significantly increases production output.
