Profile cutting center Scarabeo 55
CNC cutting center with 1 controlled axis, designed to cut PVC profiles with the highest cutting speed and quality.
It consists of four different components connected in an automatic line:
1. Automatic bar stock magazine
- steel body with 6 grippers moved by belts, driven by electric motors
- max. capacity 8-10 profiles (depending on their width)
- equipped with a bar presence detection device

2. Automatic Profile Feeding Unit
3. Automatic cutting unit

- cuts at three main angles: 45° – 90° – 135°
- special centering device which allows the blade center of rotation to be positioned in the center of the profile section, so that wedge cuts can also be made automatically

- fully enclosed with a front door for free access to the cutting area for calibration, cleaning, and maintenance purposes
- pneumatic pistol for blowing chips

4. Automatic unloading unit
