1 piece, very little used industrial spur gear reducer for conveyor systems, cranes, and lifting drives.
This gear reducer was installed on a freight train cable shunting system.
However, this shunting system was never used.
The gear reducer was stored dry in a winch house.

In the four-stage version, the drive shaft is located below the parting plane. The housing is generally made of cast iron. The gear reducers can be operated in both directions of rotation.
