It is integrally welded with steel plates, featuring high rigidity, high strength and excellent resistance to torsional deformation. During bending, the deformation of the upper slide and worktable is minimal, which guarantees excellent straightness and angular consistency of workpieces.
Die and Clamping Device

The upper die is mounted on the slide block, securely fixed by a precision quick-release clamping device. Position data is fed back to the CNC system, which outputs signals to control the hydraulic proportional servo valves, ensuring accurate synchronization of the two cylinders.
