1. BASE MACHINE, length: approx. 6,800 mm, machine table length: 2,200 mm for a maximum workpiece length of 2,000 mm, drive for automatic table reciprocating motion, feed rate in the range of 4 - 40 m/min. Continuously adjustable
2. Workpiece clamping device TR, 0-80 mm
3. Profile milling unit, working from below, P = 3.7 kW and n = 6000 rpm
4. Profile milling unit, scanning from above, P = 1.5 kW and n = 6000 rpm
5. Sanding unit S 2000 K, for grinding straight edges, P = 2.4/3.0 kW
6. 2 x Sanding units S 2000 x 60 DF, for grinding the lower and upper radius, P = 0.6/0.9 kW
7. Digital electronic, travel-dependent tool control for precise tool insertion and removal, independent of the feed rate
