KERN 2500 inserting machines for handling C5 and C6/5 envelopes.

The set consists of a complete working line and a second set of this type of machine for parts.

Year of production: 2007 + set of machines for parts from 2004.

List of modules:
- automated input module (single A4 sheets) ensures efficient paper feeding.
- control module reading, grouping and folding (Grouping and Folding Station – GUF).
- 2 modules for adding leaflets, each equipped with 2 feeders.
- inserting module
- envelope feeder and sealer module with a panel for handling applications and settings.
- final conveyor belt with containers for incorrect enveloping.

Both sets were used in one company. The first set was installed in 2004 and the second in 2007.
The machines were used until 2020, when the company purchased new machines.

At that time, the machines were renovated using components from the second set.

Since 2020, the renovated machines have been used sporadically and the second set of machines was used for parts.
