The 2000 Kaltenbach KBS 1001 DG band saw is a semi-automatic, high-performance band saw for cutting and drilling profiles.
The Kaltenbach band saw has a two-metal saw blade M42 measuring 8250 mm x 54 mm x 1.6 mm. The motor of the saw is frequency controlled and has a driving power of 7.5 kW. The cutting speed is continuously adjustable between 16 - 100 m / min.
