Semi-automatic powder coating system | Batch system with chemical pre-treatment & curing oven

Compact, semi-/partially automatic batch powder coating system for steel components (1,500 x 500 x 500 [mm]). Complete system including 2-chamber spray tunnel (degreasing/phosphating/rinsing), flash-off oven, mobile powder spray booth, curing oven (max. 220°C), cardan chain conveyor, and PLC control. New system / project proposal – special dimensions, heating types, layouts, etc. can be individually adapted to customer requirements.

System concept & customer-specific customization:

Semi-automatic powder coating system in batch mode for the efficient coating of steel parts. The system combines a compact footprint with high throughput and is ideal for small to medium-sized series components. The pre-treatment process is automated in batch mode, and the coating is applied manually.

All components (e.g., useful lengths, booth dimensions, chain path, gas instead of electric heating) can be fully customized to your specific component dimensions, space requirements, and process requirements.

Chemical pre-treatment (3-zone spray cleaning):
Compact 2-chamber spray tunnel made of stainless steel for degreasing/phosphating (or alternatively nanoceramic) (40 - 45°C) as well as 2-stage rinsing. Complete with stainless steel pumps, PPR nozzle bars, and extraction (4,000 m³/h).

Flash-off oven & powder curing oven:
Two thermally insulated chambers (100 - 150 mm rock wool) with indirect electric heating (thermoblock with 16 or 30 kW), stainless steel combustion chambers, and powerful air circulation.
Dryer up to 120°C, oven up to max. 220/250°C (automatic lift-up doors optional)

Mobile powder spray booth:
Mobile, open coating booth (2,000 x 2,100 x 2,200 [mm] with ATEX extraction (6,000 m³/h). Integrated filter unit with 4 pulse valves for cleaning, absolute after-filter, and mobile 60 l powder container.
Note: Fully enclosed powder booths are also available!

Conveying technology & control:
Driven cardan chain conveyor with frequency inverter and automatic lubrication unit.
Control via PLC for complete control and adjustment of all system processes (control cabinet equipped with Siemens/Schneider)

Scope of supply:
Complete system including customer-specific design, assembly, and on-site training.
