The machine for processing continuous corrugated board listed here belongs to the series of static-operation machines, meaning that all cross-machine processes are performed on stationary cardboard. The machine is designed for high productivity. The maximum working width of the cardboard is 1,500 mm. All tool adjustments are performed automatically.

1) Main Machine Body (Automatic Carton Cutting Machine):

Linear cross-cutting and creasing section for processing the head and foot areas of the cardboard.

8 longitudinal creasing/cutting units from above for lengthwise creases and cuts on the cardboard.

2) Dual Carton Magazines:

Two carton magazines provide supply and feeding of raw cardboard to the processing machine.

Stack height of continuous corrugated board up to max. 2,000 mm possible.

3) Control Cabinet, Controls, Electronics:

Contains all components required to operate and control the system. Control cabinet components are based on HOMAG standard.
