CYLINDER AND HYDRAULICS:
The double-acting cylinder is equipped with a guide bush, a hard-chromed piston rod, and wear-free guide elements. To prevent wear on the piston rod, the presses are fitted with a removable and replaceable pressure plate. Tools can be mounted in place of the pressure plate. An anti-rotation device is fitted to the cylinder by means of a clamp and guide rod.
The hydraulic unit features two speeds and is equipped with automatic high-speed shutoff. A decompression valve for the cylinder is also included in the delivery.

ELECTRICS AND SAFETY:
A SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and an MTP-400 4-inch touchscreen (positioned above the electric foot pedal) are integrated as standard. These allow programming of the operation mode (semi-automatic or automatic), force, stroke, and dwell time of the upper cylinder. The system offers storage for up to 99 programs, with each allowing configuration of all previous parameters.
The control cabinet includes a switch for selecting the desired operation mode (manual or automatic) and a key switch for maintenance work.
The electrical and hydraulic controls are designed to be redundant and self-monitoring. The hydraulic safety block is equipped with electrically monitored valves for the required safety.
Operation is via a Category IV safety two-hand control button.
For maximum safety, fixed side guards with a front opening of 650 mm are installed.
A hydraulic cushion or hydraulic ejector can be optionally installed.
The machines are supplied complete with operating instructions.
The presses in the CD series meet all essential safety requirements and criteria in accordance with CE regulations.
