FISCHER & RüCKLE FZR15 / DAR 12

Veneer machine with direct stacking
Manufacturer: Fischer & Rückle
Type: FZR15 / DAR 12
Year of manufacture: 2006 / 2014
Cross-feeding splicer
For highly efficient cross-gluing of parallel-joined veneer strips into endless or component-specific veneer surfaces. The cut or rotary-cut veneers must be pre-glued with PVAc or urea adhesives. This cross-gluer is the most economical alternative to longitudinal gluers for cross-grain applications.
Production
Approx. 17-20 joining points/min
Technical data
Veneer strip length (grain direction): 350-1500 mm
Veneer strip width (cross-grain direction): 50-500 mm
Veneer strip thickness: 0.3-1.5 mm
Equipment
Feed device for efficient and convenient semi-automatic feeding of veneer strips.
Plate automation for component-specific surfaces with pre-sorted components and a pre-selected number of veneer strips.
Features
- Perfect bonding of cut or rotary-cut veneer of all wood species, even with wavy or rippled veneer
- Unique, tried-and-tested horizontal pressing system that results in fully closed, solid glue joints
- Solid, robust construction for high durability, reliable and fail-safe operation
- Easy operation thanks to screen, clear symbols, separate manometer with direct access, etc.
- Liftable pressure bars for quick and easy access to the heating plates for cleaning
- Few wear parts, low costs for service and maintenance

Cross cutter
For cutting to a pre-set format width (across the grain). The width is determined by two photoelectric cells that are mounted at the required distance from the cutter.

Direct stacking device DAR-22
For outputting and stacking the veneer surface directly after splicing. The spliced surfaces are gently outputted and stacked on this compact direct stacking device without mechanical intervention.
Min. veneer sheet length (grain direction): 350 mm
Veneer sheet width (across the grain): 250 - 1200 mm
Max. stack height approx. (small sheets are not perfectly aligned): 500 mm
Max. stack width (across the grain) for discharge to the rear end: 1200 mm
