3-axis / 5-sided machining with ISOLA soundproof cabin for aluminum, PVC and steel profile bars
The machine has two processing zones and 2 tool magazines, which can be used individually in pendulum mode or both together for loading over the entire processing length (multi-part operation).

The clamps can be positioned on the left and right independently of the processing head.

Travel paths:
X - axis: 7000mm
Y - axis: 300mm (+ 113mm of the movable work table)
Z - axis: 350mm
P - axis: 3500mm (for left-hand clamp positioning)
H - axis: 3500mm (for right-hand clamp positioning)
8 clamping elements (4 clamps per machining zone)
12 tool holders (6 holders per changer magazine/machining zone)
