Elumatec SBZ 130

The Elumatec SBZ 130 is a 3-axis profile machining center designed for efficient processing of aluminum, steel, and stainless steel profiles. All operations, such as milling, drilling, and threading, are performed on a stationary profile, which protects its surface.

- Travel (Y-axis): standard 485 mm (Vmax. 60 m/min)
- Travel (Z-axis): standard 340 mm (Vmax. 60 m/min)

- Spindle power: 5.5 kW
- Tool magazine: integrated revolving tool head for 8 tools or 4 angled heads, ensuring short tool change times
- Control: Windows operating system with eluCam software; 18.5" PC panel, with USB ports and network connection
- Clamping system: automatic positioning of pneumatic clamps
- Compressed air supply: 7 bar

Prepared tooling dedicated to PVC and steel processing:

- Tool holders,
- Reducer for steel processing,
- Special tools with chip breakers,
- Dedicated programs for processing door profiles.

The head was replaced in 2025.
