Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility, and user-friendliness of the CR series, the CR10A breaks the 10 kg payload barrier, unlocking a wider range of applications for collaborative robots. With a working radius of 1300 mm, the CR10A meets the requirements for heavy-duty picking, packing, palletizing, and welding in the automotive, home appliance, logistics, and metal processing industries.
User-Friendly Design for Faster Implementation
The CR10A features the industry’s first dual-channel end-effector design, enabling direct connection to multiple end tools. It also includes a visual status indicator on the base for intuitive monitoring of operating conditions.
More Possibilities with High Payload Capacity and Large Reach
The CR10A offers a working radius of 1300 mm and a maximum payload of 10 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR10A operates with enhanced stability and achieves 50% less residual vibration during emergency stops.
24 Interface Ports for Increased Flexibility
The CR10A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and integrates seamlessly with PLCs. It features 24 digital I/O ports with industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN wiring, facilitating easy expansion of applications.
High Protection Level for Safe Collaboration
Both the robot housing and control unit offer a high protection rating of IP54. In the event of overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. The CR10A is also equipped with an innovative electromagnetic brake system that reduces the drop distance of the end tool in case of power failure.
