Construction and Technology
The CORMAK TSC710 is equipped with a grinding assembly that moves along linear guides. This solution ensures smooth and uniform movement of the grinding wheel along the entire length of the knife, resulting in high sharpening accuracy and repeatability.

The integrated liquid cooling system effectively dissipates heat generated during grinding. This protects the cutting edge from overheating while helping the knife maintain its correct geometry and material properties.
