The Antonio Carraro SRX 8400 is a specialized articulated compact tractor (narrow-gauge tractor) primarily designed for use in viticulture, fruit growing, landscaping, and on steep alpine slopes. It belongs to the well-known Ergit series from the Italian manufacturer.
The SRX 8400's outstanding feature is the RGS rotating seat system, which allows the driver's seat, including the steering wheel and pedals, to be rotated 180 degrees in seconds. This enables the tractor to be operated with both rear and front-mounted implements (such as hedge trimmers or mulchers) with optimal visibility.
