The FM-200 drum mixer features modern frequency inverter control (FU control) and a timer function, ideal for industrial applications. The machine offers stepless speed regulation from approximately 6 to 26 rpm, allowing for optimal adjustment of various mixing processes. The integrated timer enables precise runtime settings; after the preset time elapses (up to 99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds), the machine stops automatically.

Control is provided via reliable Siemens technology, installed in a robust Rittal control cabinet. For added safety, a braking motor securely locks the drum holder during loading. This can be released via a button in the handling area, allowing for manual drum rotation if necessary.

The equipment also includes an emergency stop switch and electronic monitoring of the protective enclosure with automatic machine shutdown. The machine is supplied ready for connection with a 5-meter power cable, including a CEE 16A plug.

A particularly practical feature is the integrated steel drip tray with a volume of approx. 220 liters. It is designed so that when shifting the protective housing, the tray moves under the machine, freeing up the handling area. Additionally, the machine is forklift-compatible for easy transportation and loading.

A major advantage of this machine is its flexibility: Various collets are available from the manufacturer, so in addition to the currently installed holder for a 200-liter bunghole drum, other container sizes can also be processed without issue.
