The compactor is designed to compact the bottoms and tops of pallets. After one cycle one pallet is nailed. Nailing is carried out mechanically. The XP 1000 nailing machine is designed to produce industrial pallets in the 800-1200/1200-2600 size range . The nailing cycle is adjustable from the control panel , takes a minimum of 10 seconds . Hammer plates adjustable on the full range of hammer .
