With the ViscoTreat series of systems, e.g. ViscoTreat-Inline, ViscoTec offers the optimal solution for batch and continuous material processing. These are installed as a preliminary measure for dosing applications for low to high viscosity adhesives, thermal and solder pastes.

In order to ensure accurate dosing results for highly filled materials, their preparation prior to application is essential. Fillers often tend to sediment and agglomerate during longer storage and downtimes of the dosing system. This makes it impossible to apply the medium accurately. Dosing systems can become clogged and wear on system components increases due to the separation of the fillers from the binder. Furthermore, there are significant deviations in the mechanical properties of the dosing medium.
