The VEMAG HP30E is one of the most powerful and reliable vacuum fillers in the industrial class, designed for continuous, high-performance operation in large meat processing plants, slaughterhouses, delicatessen facilities, and large-scale catering operations. Thanks to the use of a unique dual auger technology (VEMAG Duo-Drive), the raw material is handled extremely gently, which eliminates stress on the meat structure and guarantees a perfect, clear cross-sectional appearance of the finished product. A key advantage of this unit is its integration with a filling chopper. This system allows for simultaneous final comminution of the product to the desired granulation and removal of hard particles (tendons, cartilage) just before the portioning process. The machine performs excellently not only in the production of raw, scalded, or baked sausages, but also in the precise dispensing of meat mixtures, pet food, and other thick food products directly into packaging lines or clipping machines.
