Professional, large-scale vibrating channel feeder (commonly known as a vibratory channel) from the renowned, global leader in sorting systems and process automation – TOMRA Sorting. The device is designed for demanding tasks such as close-range transport, linear dosing, preliminary separation, and uniform distribution and feeding of a wide stream of raw material to subsequent process sections (such as optical laser sorters, X-RAY inspection systems, slicers, or IQF freezing tunnels). The machine's construction is based on a massive stainless steel / acid-resistant channel with an impressive working width of 1950 mm and a length of 2900 mm. The feeder's operation is based on inertial vibration technology, generated by a specialized, energy-efficient Power Grid Shaker Drive system with a power of 2 kW. The vibratory motion ensures that the raw material moves smoothly and inertially across the channel surface.
