Stephan MCH D 180 Microcutter
This high-performance continuous microcutter from Stephan is a versatile emulsifying machine widely used in the food industry. It is ideally suited for the meat, pet food, baby food, convenience food, plant-based (vegan), vegetable, and fruit processing industries.
The continuous cutter processes large quantities of product at high speed into a homogeneous mass while simultaneously ensuring effective mixing of ingredients. The cutting size can be adjusted using interchangeable cutting rings, allowing the production of both fine and coarse emulsions.
This microcutter is equipped with a large 200-liter feed hopper positioned at a convenient working height, enabling direct product transfer from a bowl cutter. The emulsifier is mounted on wheels for easy mobility within the production area.
The machine is constructed entirely from stainless steel.
