This Q-Fin F1200 XL VAC machine is located in the showroom in Bergeijk and has only been used for demonstrations. The machine has therefore only been used for a limited time and can still be viewed and tested in our showroom while it is running.

The F1200 XL VAC is a powerful, all-round finishing machine for deburring, rounding, and finishing sheet metal parts up to 1200 mm wide. Thanks to the combination of multiple processing stations, various operations can be performed in a single pass. The machine is equipped with a vacuum system that securely fixes the workpieces to the conveyor belt during the finishing process.

The first processing station consists of a grinding unit. This removes burrs and irregularities from the product surface and prepares the workpiece for the next operations.

Subsequently, the sharp edges of the product are processed by oscillating cup brushes. The brushes process the contours and recesses of the workpiece from different directions, ensuring that the edges are rounded evenly. Depending on the brushes used, the machine can also be used for removing oxide scale and reducing surface roughness.

The XL version has an additional second grinding unit. This allows an additional finishing operation to be performed after deburring and rounding.

All processing stations can be easily controlled via the HMI touchscreen. Various settings can be saved in programs, so recurring products can be quickly reset, achieving high reproducibility. The automatically adjustable stations also reduce manual settings and minimize the risk of setting errors by the operator.

The F1200 XL VAC is suitable for processing, among other materials, stainless steel, aluminum, and steel, and combines deburring, edge rounding, and finishing in one machine. In addition, the F1200 offers the possibility of integration with ERP and handling solutions, so that the machine can also be incorporated into a further automated production process.
