ProFruit Machinery Root Vegetable Peeler, Washer & Polisher

The ProFruit Industrial Root Vegetable Peeler, Washer & Polisher combines three preparation stages in one machine. It is suitable for preparing potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, ginger, taro and other root vegetables for juice pressing, commercial kitchens and food-processing operations.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Root vegetables pass through nylon brush rollers that remove the outer layer and polish the product surface. An integrated water-spray system washes the vegetables during processing, producing a clean, uniformly finished product.
