The Poly-clip FCA 3430 automatic clipping machine is an advanced, high-performance device that represents the absolute standard in the meat, sausage, and delicatessen processing sectors. This machine is used for automatically closing casings (both natural casings and collagen, protein, cellulose, and plastic casings) using aluminum clips. It is a key component in medium-sized and large meat processing plants for the mass production of sausages, frankfurters, kabanos, pâtés, salami, and dense food products packaged in sleeves (e.g., processed cheese, lard, offal).

The FCA 3430 model is characterized by exceptional operational precision. When synchronized with a vacuum filler (e.g., Handtmann, Vemag), the machine automatically receives the filling, forms a baton of the desired length or weight, precisely crimps two clips simultaneously (closing the end of one baton and the beginning of the next), and – if required by the process – cuts the finished product using an integrated pneumatic knife. The machine flawlessly cooperates with the clip feed system, allowing for the automatic preparation of sausages for hanging on smoking sticks.
