Automatic rewinder for foam.
A machine designed for winding elastic materials such as PUR foam, polyester foam, latex. It consists of an unwinding unit and a winding unit. The machine has been adapted to wind a foam roll from a cut foam block. Wound foam rolls are used in different industries such as mattress manufacturing, footwear, and clothing production, among others. The machine is fully automated. It allows you to wind a specified number of running meters per roll. The number of meters depends on the thickness of the material. Thanks to special dispensers, the machine precisely handles winding a set number of meters of any flexible material (such as PUR foam). Maximum roll width is 220 cm. Diameter of the finished roll is approx. 100 cm. The material is wound onto a 63 mm diameter cardboard core. Machine dimensions: 650x350x165 cm. Power: 2 kW. Very low noise level, around 69 dB.
