Pharmix HHR 1200

Used Pharmix model HHR1200 stainless steel (AISI 316L) double cone jacketed vacuum dryer blender. Approximately 1200 litre total capacity. Internal rated -1/0 bar design pressure at 60°C. Has external stainless steel (AISI 304) jacket 260 litre capacity rated 3 bar design pressure at 70°C. Includes internal stainless steel vacuum pipe. Cone has intlet with bolted lid and bottom discharge with manual valve. Driven through gearbox by 2.2 kW, 400 V, 1420 rpm, 50 Hz el. motor, rotations of dryer are 2.2 rpm. Gearbox is Ex II 2D c 125°C rated / motor II2 D Ex tD A21 T 120°C. Mounted on mild steel support stands. Overall dimensions are 4015 mm (length) x 3975 mm (width) x 3300 mm (height - includes stairs), weight 3430 kg. Unit is dismantled - attached photos are from installation.
