Regarding the current KLINGELNBERG gear inspection data BEFORE grinding:

"Pitch and lead are inconspicuous. One measurement shows a borderline or slightly out-of-tolerance fHα deviation in the profile. Please check whether this value is permissible according to the drawing/customer approval or if correction/rework is required. The gears were always forwarded for grinding to the RZ 1000 REISHAUER and processed accordingly. Nevertheless, overhaul of the C-axis is recommended. A cost estimate from GLEASON PFAUTER LUDWIGSBURG is available. Estimated cost: 10,000 EUR."
