OSU Hessler 400A Plasma Metallspritz-Anlage

I am offering a mobile metal spraying system / plasma spraying system from the company "OSU-Hessler" that has never been used before! Please take a look at the pictures; if desired, I can provide additional photos… Everything is in like-new, 100% unused condition!

With this unit, for example, you can galvanize welded joints, repair aluminum bearing seats by building up material, or salvage engine blocks with damaged bearing seats. The complete system weighs approx. 220 kg (without wire spools) and is suitable for mobile use, for instance on construction sites or in steel fabrication.

The hose package is approx. 5 meters long.

The transformer / plasma power source is a 400A unit from "VEB Schweißtechnik Finsterwalde," built in 1990. It appears extremely high-quality and robust, and has been modified on top by OSU-Hessler to accommodate two wire spools (two sets of different spool sizes are included).
