Controlled Size Reduction with Intelligent Feeding System The MIZAR SSH Series is engineered for efficient and controlled shredding of a wide range of materials including cables, textiles, plastics, tires, electronic scrap, and various metal types. Designed for reliability, flexibility, and consistent output size, SSH shredders are ideal for recycling facilities requiring uniform material preparation before granulation or further processing.
SMART SHREDDING TECHNOLOGY & ADVANTAGES
• Single Rotor – Maximum Control: Customized high-alloy wear-resistant steel blades mounted on a robust single shaft ensure aggressive intake and efficient size reduction across mixed material streams.
• Programmable Hydraulic Pusher: An intelligent hydraulic feeding system continuously pushes material toward the rotor, optimizing throughput and preventing idle rotation.
• Automatic Anti-Jam System: In case of overload or blockage, the rotor automatically reverses direction. This protects the machine and ensures uninterrupted operation.
• Screen-Controlled Output Size: A heavy-duty screen located beneath the rotor determines the final particle size. Material remains inside the chamber until it reaches the required dimensions, ensuring a homogeneous output.
• Industrial-Grade Components: Siemens/WEG motors, SKF/FAG bearings, and Schneider or ABB electrical systems ensure durability and long service intervals. Fully CE-certified for international compliance.
