Description
Semi-automatic circular saw for sawing of solid and hollow aluminum materials and light alloys with electro-welded carbide tooth wheel.

-Machine for miter cuts from 45° right to 45° left.
-Alignment along the vertical gives the possibility of sawing operations with head inclined between 0° and 45° left.
-* MEP represents the latest generation of controls designed for semi-automatic machines with single axis microprocessors.
-CHARACTERISTICS: At the start of the cycle: - Vise closes and motor starts - Saw head lowers for cut - Motor stops - Saw head raises - Vise opens.
-New - Display with 16 characters x 2 lines for displaying the following technical parameters: + number of executed cuts + cutting time + ammeter + display of over 100 diagnostic messages and warnings.
-New - Display and entry of the alarm and error messages with the possibility of displaying the incidents that have occurred.

-Automatic saw blade lubrication system, operating only at the start of the cut.
-Machine is supplied without saw blade.
-Preparation for the installation of the minimal lubrication kit of the saw blade (OPTIONAL), besides the conventional standard lubrication with emulsion oil.
