The GP 1500 3Z is an outstanding, multi-purpose deburring machine designed for cleaning sheet metal after a variety of cutting processes.
With three independent "Z"-type processing units, this machine stands out for its exceptional versatility and high processing capacity.

What does this mean in practice? It allows up to three operations in a single cycle: not only does it efficiently remove scale and slag after plasma cutting, but it also enables simultaneous deburring and edge rounding of workpieces following laser cutting—all in one pass.
Its wide machining range, with material thicknesses and working widths up to 1,500 mm, makes it suitable for both small and large workpieces. With the appropriate tooling, the machine is also capable of heavy-duty edge rounding and oxide layer removal.

The GP 1500 3Z deburring machine features a TFT touch-screen control panel, enabling the operator to fully and continuously monitor and adjust machining parameters such as workpiece height, feed rate, and tool rotational speed.

Each processing unit can be operated independently, giving the user complete flexibility in selecting which operations to perform during a single pass.
