Macc 411 MS

The SPECIAL 411 MS MACC is a semi-automatic bandsaw for cutting solid bars and small-sized profiles, offering high performance and excellent precision.
The robust structure provides the machine with the necessary rigidity and precision for the cutting unit. The bandsaw drive is equipped with a two-speed motor, and the special gearbox, complete with a bronze gear, features a hardened and ground worm gear. Appropriately sized flywheels and robust bandsaw guides are made with sealed ball bearings and adjustable tungsten carbide inserts.

Using an electromechanical microswitch control, the bandsaw can be tensioned during blade rotation. Equipped with a safety device to prevent accidents on the flywheel cover and the blade, the machine is completed by a rotating table for supporting the material and a vice with a quick-feed device.

Operation:
Starting the cutting cycle via the start button, the machine:
1. closes the vice and activates the bandsaw motor
2. lowers the saw frame for cutting
3. the saw frame returns to its starting position
4. stops the bandsaw motor
5. opens the vice
Manual cutting option available.
