A unique device for applying a priming liquid before printing textiles. Due to the size of the area on which it is able to apply the liquid (40x60 cm), it is particularly suitable for DTG M2, M3, M4 printers, but of course also for printers with smaller print area, such as R-Jet, Brother GT3, Anajet, TexJet...
The advantage is that it does not need a compressor. The machine is equipped with 4 independent and adjustable nozzles (you can apply only a small area e.g. when printing logos on hearts). Spraying time for full 40x60 area - 4,5 seconds. Selectable liquid spray size in 2 cm increments (2 - 60 cm length). is a high-end device designed for the professional application of penetrating fluid on textiles. It has an advanced electronic system that allows high performance and easier control during the textile pretreatment process. The clear color touch screen allows you to easily adjust the length and width of the spray and easily set the spray volume. The machine is equipped with four nozzles, each of which can be switched on individually.

This allows you to precisely set the area for the application of the priming solution (Dupont Artistri, Image Armor, Brother...), but also saves a lot of priming, compared to applying by hand, using a pressure/air gun. The length of the spray area can be controlled in 2 cm sections, using the touch screen. For setting the amount of penetrating fluid application, 10 values are available.

The Pre-treat maker IV also has an automated spray nozzle cleaning process (consumption of approx. 12 ml per hour), which keeps the nozzles clear and prevents drying or blockages.
