STS V-1.5 Vacuum Tank Trailer

Tank:
• 1,500-liter tank capacity
• Tank hot-dip galvanized
• Tank is slightly inclined to the rear for easier cleaning
• Side cleaning opening in the tank to remove contaminants or blockages without opening the tank lid
• Tank lid opens fully toward the passenger side and is secured with hook bolts
• Standard dual safety system installed to prevent compressor damage
• Siphon separator
• Overflow with dual ball system and sight glass
• Vacuum gauge on suction unit with protective frame
• Mechanical level indicator with color scale

Engine and Compressor:
• MEC 3000 vacuum compressor with 3,500 L/min air capacity
• Maximum vacuum: -0.8 bar (continuous operation at -0.5 bar)
• Maximum overpressure: 0.49 bar
• Maintenance-free V-belt drive for vacuum compressor
• Honda industrial engine GX 390
• Electric starter, oil sensor, control panel with ignition lock, battery, and tank
• Internal suction hose to prevent damage to the engine unit
• Silencer for vacuum compressor with oil catch
• Stainless steel heat shield above the exhaust
• 1 liter biodegradable compressor oil stored in oil bottle holder
• 5L fuel canister in holder
• Standard funnel with long neck for convenient engine oil changes and refilling
• All engine components and accessories housed in a lockable motor box
• Aluminum motor box powder-coated in desired color

Chassis:
• Self-supporting chassis, fully hot-dip galvanized
• Low-loader tandem chassis, 2.7t
• Track width matching passenger cars and Sprinters for optimal driving
• Lowest possible center of gravity for the vacuum tank

Vacuum Tank Unit:
• Overrun brake with automatic reversing function
• Self-locking ball coupling

• 13-pin cable connection

Connections and Hoses:
• 2x 5m suction hoses (3”) with Perrot couplings
• 1x 3” suction lance (1500 mm length)
• 1x 3” Perrot connection on lower part of tank lid
• 1x 3” Perrot connection, right side in direction of travel
