Lutetia Baratte T1

The Lutetia T1 tumbler is designed for processing facilities seeking a reliable solution for vacuum mixing and marinating at intermediate volumes. Firstly, it enables homogeneous brine penetration thanks to vacuum operation, which enhances product integrity and consistency across recipes. As a result, each batch is tightly controlled, even during repeated production cycles. Additionally, this tumbler is perfectly suited to operations where final product quality is just as critical as consistent industrial output.

Furthermore, the slow rotation mechanism ensures gentle handling of raw materials. The gradual movement minimizes mechanical stress and preserves the structure of the meat. Consequently, losses are reduced and the visual appearance remains uniform. In addition, the drum geometry promotes optimal product circulation, enhancing cycle repeatability and reducing batch-to-batch variation. This provides operators with greater peace of mind and accuracy.

Moreover, its stainless steel construction meets the stringent requirements of the food industry. This guarantees outstanding resistance to wear and corrosion while simplifying cleaning operations, thereby reducing downtime. Simultaneously, accessible critical areas facilitate day-to-day maintenance, ensuring long-term machine availability.

The Lutetia T1 is a strategic choice for sites wishing to optimize their marinating process without oversizing the installation. It offers an ideal balance between footprint, effective capacity, and vacuum performance. For manufacturers seeking reliability, consistency, and product quality, this tumbler stands as a proven and long-lasting solution.
