Kaltenbach KDX-S 1015

This drilling machine is ideally suited for the economical drilling, center punching, marking (scribing), and threading of profiles and flat steel bars in the steel construction and steel trade industries. The Kaltenbach KDXS drilling machine is equipped with 3 drilling units, each with a 26 kW drive power, and each with a 5-position tool changer. The Kaltenbach M150 length measuring device (measuring carriage) is designed together with the T13 transport system for profile lengths up to 12 m (other lengths optional). The transport system for material transport of profile steel also has transverse carriages at the infeed and outfeed points for the transverse transport of the profiles.
The CNC control, together with the Kaltenbach Profiline III software, enables data processing in DSTV and DXF formats.
The complete system has an ergonomic working height from the material level to the top edge of the floor of 640 mm, thus providing good visibility for the operator.
