The INOTEC IM-500DV industrial vacuum mixer is a high-performance device designed for intensive mixing, standardizing, and massaging of meat fillings, processed meats, ready meals, salads, vegetable products, and products in the bakery and pet food industries. The use of a vacuum system during the mixing process ensures an ideal filling structure, better protein binding, elimination of air bubbles, and extended shelf life and improved color of the finished product.
The device is equipped with advanced mixing shafts (a double paddle/counter-rotating system), which guarantee fast, yet gentle and uniform distribution of spices and additives throughout the chamber volume, without destroying the structure of the raw material. The machine's operation is controlled by a reliable Siemens SIMATIC touch panel, allowing for precise programming of mixing times, shaft rotation direction, vacuum level, and automation of production cycles.
