The Impuls Packaging Cobot is an intelligent automation system designed to move and position products efficiently and precisely. It handles the automatic picking, placement, and arrangement of products on pallets or within packaging units, ensuring a smooth and continuous production flow.

Thanks to the integrated automation technology, various packing patterns and workflows can be stored directly in the system and recalled as needed. This enables the Cobot to be flexibly adapted to changing products and production requirements without any setup downtime.

A range of gripper options is available for the Cobot, including vacuum grippers (either pneumatically operated or with an integrated vacuum motor) as well as specialized gripping systems for different applications. Together with our German partner in the Frankfurt region, we develop the optimal solution for your product to ensure precise, safe, and efficient handling.

The system is operated via a user-friendly interface, allowing for easy setup and control without the need for programming skills. The Cobot’s compact design makes it easy to integrate into existing production lines while requiring very little floor space.

Using our Cobot increases process reliability and reduces dependence on personnel bottlenecks due to illness or unfilled shifts, ensuring reliable and efficient production even with fluctuating staff availability. Typically, the Cobot pays for itself within the first year.

We offer different safety concepts for the Cobot:
Safety fence: Physically separates the working area so entry into the operation zone is prevented during operation.
Safety sensors: Sensors monitor the working area and automatically stop the Cobot as soon as a person or object enters the danger zone.
