Refurbished Pharmapaktor APC L200/50.

The Hosokawa Alpine APC L200/50 Pharmapaktor is the perfect compactor to test the product behaviour with this technology, while it even allows to keep a continuous production at small scale if needed.

The Pharmapaktor can be fitted with a flake crusher to granulate the resulting compacted material increasing the possibilities of end product sizes and forms, from different sort of briquettes to granulates according to the required specification. Thanks to its flexibility, the machine can be adapted to different products and tasks. It even complies with the tough pharmaceutical standards.

Compacting head
Two cast stainless steel H-frames connected by spacer bolts. Two laterally foldable swing arms for easy and quick changing of the rollers. The swing arms are fixed with two tie rods, which also absorb the compressive forces of the compacting rollers. One chamber insert for guiding the product flow and two center pieces for sealing the rollers.

Pre-compaction unit
The pre-compaction unit is mounted on a supporting column and can be lifted and swivelled to the side. The charging hopper (with 2 brake bars) is equipped with a cylindrical/conical precompression screw. When the pre-compaction unit is lifted off, a limit switch switches off the compacting rollers and the screw.
